Dick Shilton, the School Archivist, is building up a library of identifiable photos, copies of which can be sent to any OM who wishes to purchase them.

An online catalogue (below) is now available to help you in your search.

Please click on the Order Form below, and complete and return it to us. You will then be notified as to how many of the photos you have ordered are available and therefore how much you will need to pay, at a cost of £10 each, through the secure Paypal facility below or by personal cheque, before the photos are emailed to you in jpeg form.

Millfield in pictures

In the 75th year of the school we are delighted to announce the birth of the very first Millfield photobook, which will take you on a trip down memory lane, reuniting the origins of the School in 1935 with subsequent decades and the present day campus.

Millfield - A School For All Seasons

‘Millfield A School For All Seasons’ - Former Headmaster Christopher Martin's compilation of anecdotes about Millfield’s past and present.

This book is the first history of Millfield as seen through the eyes of its pupils to be published and makes for memorable, and at times witty, reading. Memories of pupils ranging across all five Millfield Headmasters (Jack Meyer, Colin Atkinson, Brian Gaskell, Christopher Martin and Peter Johnson) are interspersed with diary extracts from over the years.

Since its publication in 2007, sales of this book have boomed, resulting in over £10,000 for the Millfield Foundation.
