After leaving Millfield, James played professional rugby for London Irish. Following a motorbike accident in his second year, which stopped him being able to play at that level, he took time out to re-evaluate his next step, and decided to start a Meat Wholesale company specialising in the supply of Free Range and Additive-Free Meat to restaurants and hotels in and around London. The business has gone from strength to strength, and now supplies some of London’s finest Michelin Star Chefs.
