After qualifying, he spent his entire career in the pharmaceutical industry, as a production pharmacist in GB and then in France. Headhunted by Roche, he spent eight years as Site Director for their operations in the UK with responsibility for several hundred staff. Forced by health problems to retire early, he now occupies himself with three French classic cars.
