As a soldier, he served in Northern Ireland, Germany, Malaya and British Honduras and also had command of a tank squadron in B.O.A.R. After retiring from the army he had ten happy years working for a charity in London and now lives the life of an “aged person” looking after his small farm in Monmouthshire.
