The family of Toby, who died last year, have launched an appeal to buy a lifeboat named after him, as the link to the following article in the West Somerset Free Press explains:-

This fund is separate to those donations to the RNLI made at the time of Toby’s funeral, and it has obviously become an ambitious project dear to the family’s heart.
